Exchanging of Courts' Cheques from Bank of Palestine is until Aug 31st

After signing the agreement with TNB bank, High Judicial Council started to transfer courts accounts from Bank of Palestine to TNB bank; therefore all services of exchanging cheques has been suspended from Execution Departments accounts at Bank of Palestine until Aug 15th 2015 in order to complete the required procedures.

Palestinian Crimes Court Sentences Two Accused for Credit Abuse

On July 8, 2015 - Palestinian Crimes Court sentenced two accused charged with credit abuse and incitement to credit abuse. The first accused received one year and six months in prison, the second received six months in prison in addition to fines: 100 JOD and 33 JOD respectively and 500 JOD for courts expenditure for each.
