On March 2, 2016 - High Judicial Council delegation ended 5-day study visit to France, the Palestinian representatives received an insight on French judiciary in order to exchange experiences and experts between both countries within JCI Program funded by EU.
The delegation represented by Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad, Head of Judicial Institutes Judge Rasha Hamad, Head of Corruption Crimes Court Judge Al-Suati, General Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Sharaka and senior officials from HJC and PJI.
During the visit, the delegation took tour in the French Cassation Court, French National School for Administration, French Judicial Institute; and met with French senior officials to discuss ways of cooperation which enhance and develop the Palestinian experience in judicial issues which meets the privacy of Palestinian situation.
On way back, the delegation met in Jordan with Jordanian Chief Justice Chancellor Hisham Al-Tal and Head of Jordanian Judicial Institute Judge Tha'er Al-Oduan.
