On Jan 2, 2017 – Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad met with Minister of Endowments (Awqaf) and Religious Affairs Al-Sheikh Yousef Adeis and his accompanying delegation to discuss cooperation courts' automation system.

His Eminence Al-Sheikh Adeis conveyed his warm greetings and congratulations to Chief Justice on his new position wishing him success in providing services for State of Palestine and citizens.

During the meeting, the delegation discussed future cooperation between both parties regards the implementations of MEZAN Program in Shariah Courts to facilitate access to justice and to secure data and information.

The attendance also discussed the possibility of privatization of Endowments' lands to be used for building courts in different governorates,

His Excellency Chancellor Sa’ad emphasized the importance of partnership between both parties and assured complete readiness from HJC to cooperate with Endowments Ministry to achieve success goals of partnership.
