On Oct 25, 2016- Acting Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad met with round table working group of fair trial guarantees which includes representatives from justice sector institutions, in order to discuss fair trial guarantees in cooperation with EUPOL COPPS.

Chancellor Sa’ad assured the importance of supporting the work group in coming up with practical recommendations able to achieve access to fair trial guarantees concerning  Criminal Procedures Law; assuring the necessity of continuous joint efforts between partners and all justice sector institutions.
