President Mahmoud Abbas issued a presidential decree to task Chancellor Imad Saleem Saad as Acting chief justice after resignation of Chancellor Sami Sarsour.

It is worth noting that Chancellor Imad Saleem Saad received a license to practice law in 1978. His Excellency was first deputy of former Chief Justice Sami Sarsour, Head of Nublus First Instance Court and Head of courts of Appeal.
