On April 29, 2015- Chief Justice Ali Muhana opened a workshop on facility management within the "Institutional Strengthening of High Judicial Council in Palestine" project, with participation from team leader Dr. Pim Albers, international experts, chiefs of Diwan, Judicial Police and High Judicial Council administrative staff.

Chief Justice stated that facility management is part of comprehensive strategy aims to improve judiciary organization, administration, courthouses and other judiciary facilities.

Experts, Mr. Peter Kolfertz and Mr. Michel Theriault, guided a presentation on facility management principles, organization and structure examples, options and benefits and drawbacks.

It is worth noting that this project also aims to provide training needs and capacity building plans to focus on development of policies for reducing backlogs of cases and suggesting optimum timeline for different types of cases.
