High Judicial Council Recommends Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad as the New Chief Justice

On Dec15, 2016 – Members of high Judicial Council met on Session no.17, 2016 at 13:00 to present a recommendation for Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad to be the new Chief Justice/ Chief of Supreme Court; knowing that this recommendation has been submitted to His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas.
