On April 25, 2016 – Chief Justice Sami Sarsour met with delegation from Canadian International Development Agency chaired by Director General Dave Metcalfe.

It is worth noting that the Canadian government supports HJC in three projects, Tulkarim courthouse which is to be hand over after supplying it with electricity, Hebron Courthouse (22 million dollar) and facility management at HJC (4 million dollar).

His Excellency assured that HJC put all efforts in providing electricity not only to Tulkarim courthouse but also to Tulkarim city as whole.
