On Dec23, 2016 – Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad met with a delegation from Association of Palestinian Judges' Club, the delegation conveyed their warm greetings and congratulations to Chief Justice on his new position wishing him success in providing services for State of Palestine and citizens.

During the meeting, the attendance discussed ways of cooperation in establishing rule of law and access to justice; they also discussed the importance of respecting independence of judiciary and enhancing citizens' trust in justice process and courts without any interventions.

Chancellor Sa’ad indicated that he has a huge responsibilities and enormous tasks in addition to high hopes entrusted to him, which needs to be achieved by collective efforts from all parties. His Excellency assured that HJC is powered by professional and skilled staff working hard to achieve fair justice and provide efficient public services.
