On Jan 4, 2017 – Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad met with delegation from "Enhancing Palestinian Justice" Project represented by Project Director Ma'ali Al-Shaweesh, Deputy of Project Manager of Abed Abu-Shamsieh and project coordinator Ali Abu-Ali to discuss progress that have been achieved by the project.

The delegation conveyed their warm greetings and congratulations to Chief Justice on his new position.

His Excellency Chancellor Sa’ad thanked USAID and "Enhancing Palestinian Justice" Project for their continuous support to justice sector in order to develop experience and skills of Judicial Authority staff, develop the legislative environment to meet citizens'' needs, develop judicial public services. H.E also assured HJC complete readiness to support future cooperation and ready to adopt new ideas.

During the meeting, the attendance discussed previous projects funded USAID in addition to ongoing projects among them: the expansion for Execution Department at Ramallah First Instance Court which is supposed to be launched very soon, and other future projects.
