Thematic Group #3 entitled "Independent Efficient and Effective Justice System" held its regular meeting chaired by High Judicial Council. Group #3 is one of the groups of justice sector working group and it is tasked to provide support for the implementations of strategic plans for justice sector in cooperation with international partners and formal Palestinian institutions and CSOs.

On behalf of Chief Justice Abu Sharar, Secretary General Asad Shunnar welcomed the attendees and praised the role and work of Group #3.

During the meeting, the attendees discussed the topics of the group and among these topics is the amendment of Judicial Authority Law in addition to other topics related to developing justice sector institutions.
