On Sep 25, 2017- High Judicial Council held workshop on Administrative Appeals for legal counselors from all governorates in the presence of Supreme Court Judge Hani Natour representing chief justice and with participation from legal counselors.

At Media Center in High Judicial Council, Judge Natour assured HJC vision on integration between Judicial Authority and all other sectors especially governorates; considering this workshop as an opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge between attendees also fruitful experience to held brain storming session on multiple interpretations of legal terminology, for example: public ethics, public security, private and public property protection.

During the workshop, the attendees discussed the administrative verdicts, protective measures; they also raised the issue of "Recall of Judgment" by introducing its definition and conditions as well the powers of governor in issuing order for administrative detention in accordance to basic law.

It is worth noting that this workshop will be followed by another session to make broad and comprehensive discussion.
