On 8 Oct, 2015 - Chief justice Ali Muhana met with Mr. Michael Ekman the Executive Manager of International Legal Assistant Constorium and Mrs. Agnetia Johnson from CEELI Institute to discuss the cooperation between them.

CEELI Institute dedicated to the development and training of an international network of legal and judicial professionals committed to advancing the rule of law.  

The parties discussed training judges and administrative staff in order to develop their capabilities and to improve services delivered to citizens, they insisted on the right of each citizen to seek justice through establishing Magistrate Courts in crowded areas that is far from cities.
