On March 16, 2016 – Chief Justice Sami Sarsour met with USAID delegation chaired by Deputy Mission Director Jonathan Kamin to discuss areas of assistance that will support improved delivery of services to the public.

During the meeting, the attendance discussed projects that have been supported by USAID, the current projects, courts infrastructure projects and training programs for judges and employees.

Chief Justice Sami Sarsour mentioned obstacles and challenges facing judiciary, among them occupation, financial crisis and lack of staff.
