On Sep 8, 2015 - His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas president of State of Palestine issued presidential decrees to promote eight First Instance Court judges to rank of Presidents of First Instance judges, twelve Magistrates judges to First Instance Court, and ten prosecutors in Southern Governorates to a rank of Magistrate judges upon a recommendation of High Judicial Council, in accordance to Amended Basic law of 2003 and to Article (1), 2002 of Judicial Authority law.
