On Feb 17, 2015 – Chief Justice Ali Muhana met with UN Women delegation to discuss "Rule of Law and Access to Justice for the Palestinian People" program and to agitate the integration of gender perspective in Judicial Authority work mechanism.

During the meeting, Chief Justice assured the importance of scaling up Gender Unit work in order to support rule of law and access to justice for women and juvenile; to strengthen the capacities of justice sector staff for better respond to the needs of women and children.

It is worth noting that the meeting was held in the presence of gender and juvenile justice expert.
