HJC Opens Part 2 of TOT Training

On Jan 24, 2016 – High Judicial Council in cooperation with Palestinian Judicial Institute opened (part 2) of TOT training for judges and organized by EUPOL COPPS with participation from Expert Meda Grama and Romanian trainer Otilia Bacorari.

Supreme Court judge Iman Nasser El-Deen stated that TOT training aims to develop the skills of participants, focuses on preparing judges in practical and theoretical levels, improves the operational capacity and performance of the judiciary, builds a pool of trainers to develop specialized training programs and increases trainers skills in certain law fields.

It is worth noting that this training came to follow up part 1 which was held at end of 2015. It is expected that the following activity (part 3) will be continued in Romanian Judicial Institute.

For his part, The Director-General of International Cooperation at HJC Mr. Badawi affirmed the importance of this training which elevates work level at HJC by providing specialized trainers who will do their job effectively in future.
