On Dec15, 2016 – Acting Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad met with delegation from An-Najah National University represented by Head of Scientific Research Committee Dr. Muaed Khatab accompanied by Fulbright Specialist Mr. Fred Rooney who is considered as one of human rights activist and member of American-Arab- Anti-Discrimination committee.

Chancellor Sa’ad welcomed the guests and showed appreciation to the role of An-Najah National University in building law students' academic capacities indicating that the educational level of the university is one of the best universities on national level in particular and international level in general. His Excellency assured complete readiness from HJC to cooperate and exchange experience with legal and judicial organizations on both national and international levels.

Dr. Khatab presented some of the Law Faculty activities in addition to future plans; meanwhile, Mr. Fred Rooney talked about the importance of exchanging experience and educational visits between Palestinians and Americans in legal field; he also proposed a recommendation to send formal letter to Judge Fisher who has long experience in legal aid issues to visit Palestine and to be informed about the latest developments in Palestinian Judiciary.
