On Dec 13, 2016 – Acting Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Sa’ad met with Director of JSAP Mr. Emery Edward and Deputy Director Mahmmud Shaheen to discuss establishment of a unified facility for keeping seized evidence.

The meeting came as a follow up meeting with High Judicial Council, knowing that the attendance agreed on establishing facility or store in each court which facilitates displaying evidences at court sessions whenever they are needed by judges.

His Excellency Chancellor Sa’ad assured the importance of keeping the seized evidences in good condition while transferring them from one place to another mentioning that Israeli check points can hamper the transferring process, accordingly causing delay or adjournment for the case.

JSAP intends to hold workshop for judges regarding the procedures of keeping seized evidence.
