On April 4, 2016 – Juridical delegation concluded three-day visit to Beirut aimed to attend a seminar on "Child Protection from abuse and Violence", the visit was organized by Arab Center of Legal and Judicial Researches - Council of Arab Ministers of Justice at League of Arab States.

The delegation included Judge Ahmad Al-Ashqar and Judge Ra'afat Abu-Younis, it is worth noting that many delegations from Arab World and experts in children rights participated in the seminar.

Judge Ra'afat Abu-Younis chaired the seminar and Judge Ahmad Al-Ashqar delivered a worksheet on "Child Protection from Abuse in the Frame of International Criteria"; it talked about legislative frame for children rights in Palestine and the efforts of the governmental and private institutions that have been done in strategic planning especially juvenile justice.

The Arab delegations assigned Judge Ahmad Al-Ashqar to prepare a consolidated guided Arab draft law to be submitted as pilot law for the Arab Center of Legal and Judicial Researches.
