On 23/10/2008, the HJC approved the general budget of the Judicial Authority for 2009 after discussions. Then, it decided to refer it to the ministerial cabinet for endorsing and publishing it in the official newspaper. Besides, the HJC approved, on the same date, the statute of administrative organization for the HJC and statute of the employees in the Judicial Authority after studying them so that the two can be referred to the ministerial cabinet for endorsing and publishing them in the official newspaper.
