Graduating the first group of First Instance's and Conciliation's Judges

Graduating the first group of First Instance's and Conciliation's Judges

Yesterday, a first group of First Instance's and Conciliation's newly-appointed Judges graduated from the Palestinian Judicial Institute, where 33 judges (25 magistrates and 5 First Instance judges) received their preliminary training program.

The intensive program included training sessions in various legal topics, civil, commercial and penal procedures, using travesty of justice and simulation for reinforcing trainees' practical skills as well as the component of colleague supervision by which the judges were distributed upon the West Bank Courts.

It is worth mentioning that the new judges will practice their jobs by the beginning of the new Judicial Year, following their distributions upon the courts according to latest judicial formations.
