    Under the patronage and presence of the Judge Mr. Issa Abu Sharar , Head of High Court and Chief Justice , the HJC opens the training program for new judges at the PJI on Sunday 8/6/2008 for newly appointed judges in accordance with the presidential decree and the HJC 's nomination which provide the Judicial Apparatus with 25 new magistrates , two judges in the First Instance Courts and three judges in the courts of Appeal .                                                                                                                           

The training program opening for newly appointed magistrates and first instance judges has been held by the attendance of the Chief Justice Issa Abu Sharar and a number of High Courts Judges. Such program will last until early September 2008 at the PJI.                                                                      

The training program for newly appointed judges , which will last 52 days, will include a training schedule of  relevant laws related directly to their work with the theoretical and practical framework as well as providing them with the necessary data and information that may enable them to perform their duties in a way that will guarantee the process of actualizing the Judicial Authority strategy. A number of High Courts Judges and some of local and foreign experts and specialists in the Judicial field will take over the training operation; Mr. Chief Justice Abu Sharar will recite the first lecture on " the Judicial Conduct Code " at 9:30 am of the opening day .                                                                                     

The training program contains many phases, such as :

- processing civil and commercial lawsuits

- Penal procedures law

-evidence law

- Besides, training  the new judges on the necessary legal, administrative and behavioral skills prior to their embarking on the judicial work .
