        In accordance with HJC's nomination and the presidential decree issued by the president Mr. Mahmoud Abass, it has been approved recently of the appointments of 25 judges in the courts of conciliation, two judges in the courts of First Instance as well as three judges in the courts of Appeals. Besides, with reference to the training program, which has been formed and approved by HJC, judges of conciliations and first instance will start their basic training in the Palestinian Judicial Institute on Sunday, June 8, 2008 and the training period, concerning the above-mentioned program, will last until early September 2008.
