Chief Justice Meets Delegation from International Narcotics & Law Enforcement

On Jan 5, 2017 – Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Saad met with delegation from International Narcotics & Law Enforcement represented by Office Director Margaret H. Nardi and Justice Advisor John Dawson to discuss the status of judiciary in Palestine.

During the meeting, the attendance discussed ways of cooperation in preparing training courses for judges in money anti-terrorism laundering and cybercrimes due to their importance on international and national level.

Mrs. Nardi indicated that the office is going to conduct trainings for justice sector: judiciary, police and public prosecution and appreciated the commitment and experience of Palestinian judges in the previous trainings in particular and the achievements of Palestinian Judiciary in general.

For his part, Chancellor Saad assured that these trainings are: to refine judges' skills, to reflect positively on their performance in courts and to enable them to participate in international and national committees. His Excellency also mentioned that all parties of justice sector are working in complete integration to achieve rule of law in Palestine.
