Chief Justice Visits to Tunisian Ambassador

Jan 30, 2018 – Chief Justice Chancellor Emad Saleem Saad paid a visit to the Tunisian Ambassador in Palestine Al-Habeeb Bin Farah at premises of Tunisian Embassy in Ramallah in the presence of Mr. Mohammed Nobani. 

Ambassador Al-Habeeb welcomed Chancellor Saad and HJC delegation and expressed appreciation to close friendship between Palestine and Tunisia and assured the importance of the meeting to exchange experience and cooperate in the field of judiciary.

For his part, H.E. Chief Justice thanked the ambassador for his warm welcome emphasizing the strong relationship between both countries and indicating the attention given by Palestinian leadership to enhance cooperation several all fields.   

Ambassador Al-Habeeb was pleased with all achievements that have been done in the field of providing judicial digital public services for citizen, lawyers and judges which facilitate access to justice and reduce cost, time and space problems; he also indicated that Palestinian judiciary in considered one of the fundamental pillars in State of Palestine.

It is worth noting that both parties agreed on continuous cooperation towards signing MOU and agreements to achieve public interest.
